Tree Thinning

•••••Thinning and trimming of trees often coincides with brush clearing. Dense patches of trees are cleared of smaller saplings and malformed trees. Often, the canopies of larger trees starve the smaller ones of light. These smaller trees will never develop correctly and will remain stunted. Selective removal allows the best and most vigorous trees to thrive and creates the look of a well manicured and tended property.
Pruning the remaining trees of dead branches promotes health and aesthetic appearance. The final procedure is to remove low hanging limbs which allows for walking beneath them. Generally, the trunks are pruned of small saplings and "water suckers" at this time, exposing the beauty of the natural bark and character of the tree.
